Week 38- Fast and Furious (March 2-6)

Hello people in the world.. :)

For this week, Sir gave us another work or should I say problem to solve. Haha :D Another level of JavaScript again, JavaScript 6. For the first person who will finish the .js6 without error will be given a 10 points for the quiz. We need to be fast and furious so that we can earn 10 points.. sshh. But me, I'm just relax and steady like there's nothing a competition. My goal here is just to finish the JavaScript6.

What are Objects?

Objects are things we deal with every day. JavaScript deals with objects, as do most programming languages, and these languages are called object-oriented programming (OOP). Some people are apprehensive at the thought of tackling this kind of programming, and are perfectly happy to stick with top-down, procedural programs. But as just as the everyday objects we use are not necessarily switchblades and chain saws, neither are programming objects. They are just a way of representing data. JavaScript is based on objects, so it's time to jump in.

Week 36- Exercises+js5quiz(February 16-20)

T.L.E is fun! :) jk. For this week, we make a lots of Exercises and also we tackled about our last quiz in JavaScript 5.

Let me explain or should I say let me share my life while I'm thinking about this quiz. 


This quiz is not easy, this is a serious quiz. 2 hours before our T.L.E begin. I'm just thinking if I can make it, I doubt. I took a deep breathe then smile :) Nothing is Impossible- that's on my mind. In the end I got 53 out of 75. Not bad :)

Recursion
  •  is a general programming concept, not at all restricted toJavaScript, but it is a very useful concept to understand. It involves calling a function from within that same function.

Week 34-New lesson(February 3-7)

Hey stalker!


What is Function?

       Functions are one of the fundamental building blocks in JavaScript. A function is a JavaScript procedure—a set of statements that performs a task or calculates a value. To use a function, you must define it somewhere in the scope from which you wish to call it.

Defining functions

function definition (also called a function declaration) consists of the function keyword, followed by:
  • The name of the function.
  • A list of arguments to the function, enclosed in parentheses and separated by commas.
  • The JavaScript statements that define the function, enclosed in curly brackets, { }.

Week 33-Blessing(January 26-30)

       Sir Peralta declared that we will be having our quiz. I am now thinking what we have learn in the previous lesson but I just can't remember. HAHA. I only got 5 points over 79. I'm still happy for that because it's still a blessing.

  As you can see, the prompt box will display. If you answer b, it will appear in the screen saying that "The Mexican menu will be brought to your table". After that another prompt will display again and asking you "Do you want to add another choice?" And if you answer yes then you will choose again.

Week 32-30 minutes in 1 week(January 19-23)

We don't have ICT class for three days. Haha this is heaven. In friday, I just encode the Exercise 1 and 4.

First: As you can see , the While Loop will display in the screen. Second: The prompt box will appear and asking "Who developed JavaScript?". Third: If you answer the word 'netscape',  the alert box will appear and saying that "netscape is correct. Fourth: But if your answer is wrong then it's wrong and the alert box won't stop appearing until you answer it correct.

Week 31-2(January 12-16)

       We have a lots of output to do and as you can see it below, it is really hard. And guess what? I got no point because I really don't know what to do. And because it is hard to make it and it is impossible for me to make it, I decided to surf the net and not to do it.

Week 30-Not ready(January 5-9)

       And yes, I'm  facing the reality that the vacation is over. Sir Peralta gave us an activity which is I dont know. Well, my memory is in the Christmas vacation and I really can't move on. 

    We must create a while loop that will display the number 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1. And because we don't understand what we're going to do, Sir Peralta revealed the codes of Exercise 1 and we just encode it.

Week 29-Unity(December 15-19)

We just only met once in our subject T.L.E., I guess. Supposed to be we will  not attending our tle today because we will buy our gift. But as you can see we are all present. HAHA. UNITY!. We just continue to finish our FlowChart and we just have some rest. HAHA. My face is blurred there, you can't recognized me. Sir Peralta is really a good photographer. Haha just kidding (peace). :D

And today is the Christmas party of IV-Sampaguita. So, we are excused to all subject and T.L.E. is one of our subject. I think our Christmas party for this year is not my happiest Christmas party in high school but I am so happy. I received a gift from ate Diana and I am so thankful for her gift to me. Exactly what I like :D

Week25-JavaScript4+others(November 17-21)

Monday
And we are now on the next stage of JavaScript, JavaScript4. We just start encoding. There's one more thing that we should do, quiz. JavaScript3 is not yet over. Sir gave us js3quiz for the things that we learned in JavaScript 3. I thought that the js3 is over. HAHA. Anyway I just learned a  little of it because it just like our quiz in our last quiz that we had tackled. I just only got 15 out of (i can't just remember) haha. But I am grateful that I made it.

Wednesday

We don't have classes for this day the reason why is because today is the scheduled of the NCAE of third year. And because we don't have classes, we used our free time to practiced for the practicum.

Thursday

This is it. Ready? Yes, they're so much ready. We did our best to make our dance perfect. 7:40.. 8:00.. 8:30.. Ma'am is not coming :( . Okay I'm ready to go.

And we're here in Agno for the Jamborette. So, we're excused! :)

Week24-Shocked(November 10-14)


JavaScript3 is over and let us proceed to our next topic, Boolean. Sir Peralta discussed everything about Boolean, I think so. And if you are confuse about what is Boolean then let me tell you what Boolean means. Boolean is a binary variable, having two possible values called "true" and "false".

To be honest, I am so happy because there is no electricity and I know that you know what is on my mind and that is we will not be having our T.L.E. for today because of what I said. But I was wrong. We will be having our quiz for this day and worst I am not prepared. 

Because of my nervous and being not prepared, my mind shocked and was not able to function well. So, I only got few.

Before the JavaScript3 end let me share to you our some lessons.


Comparison Operators

When operands are compared, relational and equality operators are used. The operands can be numbers or strings. The result of the comparison is either true or false- a Boolean value

Operators are symbols, such as +,-,=,>, and <, that produce a result based on some rules. An operator manipulates data objects called operands; for example, 5 and 4 are operands in the expression 5+4. Operators and Operands are found in expression.


Precedence refers to the way in which the operator binds its operand. The precedence of one operator over another determines what operation is done first. In the rules of precedence, the multiplication operator is of higher precedence than the addition operator, technically meaning the operator of higher precedence binds more tightly to its operands. Parenthesis are of the highest precedence.

Associativity refers to the order in which an operator evaluates its operands: left to right in no specified order, or right to left.

Week23-Push(November 3-7)

The three Logical operators are the logical AND , logical OR, and logical NOT. The symbol for AND is &&, the symbol for or is ||, and the symbol for NOT is !.

The && Operator (Logical AND)
If the expression on the left-hand side of the && evaluates to zero, null or the empty string "", the expression is false. If the expression on the left-hand side of the operator evaluates to true (non zero), then the right-hand side is evaluated, and if that expression is also true, then the whole expression is true. If the left-hand side evaluates to true, and the right-hand side is false, the expression is false. If evaluated as Booleans, the same rules apply, except the returned value will be either Boolean true or false.


The || Operator (Logical OR)
JavaScript uses the || symbol to represent the logical OR. If the expression on the left-hand side of the || operator is evaluated as true (non zero), the value of the expression is true, and no further checking is done. If the value on the left-hand side of the || operator is false, the value of the expression on the right-hand side of the operator is evaluated, and if true, the expression is true; that is, only one expression must be true. Once an expression returns true, the remaining expressions can be either true or false. It doesn't matter, as long as one expression is true.


The ! Operator (Logical NOT)
JavaScript provides the NOT (!) operator for negation. The ! operator is called a unarybecause it has only one operand; for example, ! true or !5. It returns true if the expression evaluates to false and returns false if the expression evaluates to true.

Week22-This is the moment (October 27-31)

Thursday
Today is our quiz in T.L.E but I dont have any idea of doing it. I dont want to get zero again. So what should I do? I think some of Sampaguita exert effort to make it. I'm so shy of them, I can't make it! Huhu. TING! Some of IV-Sampaguita went to sir Peralta to tell that if it's okay that our exam will be tom. because they will help Mirjana to finish her costume for Mr. and Miss UN. But sir said that if we're not going to his class today, we will not be able to take the quiz again, and all of us will be giving a zero score. Everyone think seriously, everyone want to take the exam and everyone want to help Mirjana. They decided to go and help Mirjana but some of Sampaguita is not satisfied to go because of  'nakokonsensya sila'. Good thing that Kia and Jayvee explained to Sir Peralta why we are doing this. Kia and Jayvee did everything just to make Sir Peralta excused us.

Week21-Not Related(October 20-24)

We don't have Classes for this week.

Monday
I went to school because today is the last day of passing the Araling Panlipunan notebook, P.T.A. receipt, journals, and picture of Greening Project. I forgot to bring my picture for my Greening project. But thank God that our leader is kind. Some of Sampaguita are having their practice for the upcoming yell for the Intramurals event.

Tuesday
I started to make a book for the Pagsusuring Pampelikula.

Wednesday
Doing my design for the Pagsusuring Pampelikula.


Thursday
We went to Myra's house because we'll be having a review for the quiz bee. And guess? We did nothing. We just wasted our time.

Friday
We went again to Myra. Nothing change.

Saturday
We Sampaguita went to Colegio De Dagupan to take the presidential exam. This is my second time to take the exam.
I went to Lingayen with Stephanie without knowing the direction. Haha. But we're so blessed because God guide our path. Still alive. We went to Lingayen because we'll be having our Provincial Youth Camp for all the Youth for Christ and many many more.

Week20-Be Still (October 13-17)

Everyone have their own business. Some of my classmates are reading wattpad, texting, talking and most of them are reviewing for the coming exam later. And yes I am one of them. I know some of them, I know that they are nervous and a little bit excited to see the test and I am too. When it's about to enter the room my heart beat fast. I know that this exam will be the same as it was before. I keep telling myself that this exam will not result to nothing.

    Exhale..

I tried my best to keep myself calm but nothing change. I keep answering even I am nervous. I click a, b, c and d. I'm not so sure in my other answer but I continue answering because the time is running. I make sure that every questions have their answer but when it's about to move our chair away from our computer, I saw that I did'nt answer the no. ?? (forgot the number) Aww, one ouch for me. Sir Peralta check our computer one-by-one and whwn it's about time to check my mine.. Guess what?? I got 15 out of 30. Bad or not bad? But thank God. :)

I dont know what's happened for this week, i'm sorry. But I would like to share you again what is the meaning of JavaScript. This is recap.
